This year, all the forms and applications required to attend and compete in DMA National events are in a new
write able format.
These forms can be filled in as desired and then printed on your home or office computer ready to be signed and mailed out.
No more writers cramp. No more needless delays due to
misread details on a hand written forms.
Simply select the form you need, move your mouse to the line you want to write on, click on it and start
typing. Repeat this process until you finish all the information required and then print the form.
You may also use the "tab" key to advance to the next typing area.
If all this is too much, forms can also be printed blank as before.
